💇🏼‍♀️ P O S T P A R T U M H A I R L O S S 💇🏼‍♀️ . Since having little man my hair condition has been shocking 😫 A mixture of postpartum hair loss and anemia, due to blood lost, my hair is just dying! 💇🏼‍♀️ . I haven't helped the situation... my hair looks better down and straight, so I've been straightening my hair far too much 😫 I've been caught in a vicious cycle of straightening my hair because its damaged and looks horrible... which makes it more damaged ... and so on 🙄 . I've decided I have to do something now! Because its beginning to make me feel very self conscious. @hairburst have kindly sent me their healthy hair vitamins for new mums to try and I'm going to be making some big changes! 💇🏼‍♀️ . I will be taking my #hairburst vitamin once daily, entering the bun life (no heat 😫) trying to decrease the amount I wash my hair, introducing hair masks and when I wash my hair, use hairburst shampoo and conditioner. 💧 W A T E R 💧 . We introduced little man to drinking water at meals times, when we began weaning at 6 months. We began by offering sips throughout meals and then moving onto offering him a drink throughout the day as the weather got warmer 💧 . If I'm perfectly honest, we've really struggled getting him to drink water! He just doesn't seem interested at all, but it's so very important. I'm constantly trying to think of ways to make having a drink more interesting! 💧 . We were kindly sent this Mini Cup from @twistshakebaby to try out and review! I'm hoping the easy grip handles will encourage Thomas to drink, as he is able to hold the cup himself... which he much prefers!
